Paella Valenciana:
The steaming Paella Valenciana is our savory signature dish and proves enough to feed two or three. Enjoy mounds of saffron-laced rice topped with spicy Spanish chorizo sausage, chicken pieces, tiny clams, scallops, shrimp, mussels, fresh fish, red and green peppers and peas.
Note: Our Moet & Chandon White Star Champagne is a perfect accompaniment.

Steak and Chicken:
Mallorca features an outstanding selection veal, steak, chicken, and pork dishes. One of the most popular is the Filet Mignon Medallions in a Port wine sauce with wild mushrooms. We often feature a delicious Roast Rabbit, a mouthwatering Chicken Picatta and succulent Lamb Chops.

This cool, refreshing Italian dessert once tasted, leaves an indelible impression on you. Stories are told about how Tiramisu was the favorite of Venice's courtesans, who needed a "pick me up" (the literal translation of "tirami-su") to fortify themselves between their amorous encounters. True? Probably not. But it makes for a colorful history.
Note: Made with eggs, mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers, cream, espresso coffee, liquor,a little bit of sugar, and cocoa or shaved chocolate.
